New Associate Composer with the Ulster Orchestra

Ian has just been announced as the Ulster Orchestra's new Associate Composer. The post will run for three years and will result in a number of outcomes, chief among them the composition of a new 25-minute work for the orchestra, The stars, the seas, commemorating the Titanic and the year of the Olympics in 2012.
